At Gokulwala, we understand that circumstances may change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
• To cancel an order, please contact us at support@gokulwala.com or WhatsApp us with your order number.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may raise a return/refund request instead.

Cancellation by Gokulwala

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, incorrect pricing, or payment issues.
• In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

Refund on Cancellation

• If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no payment is charged, so no refund is applicable.

How to Request Cancellation

1. Login to your account and go to My Orders.
2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
3. Contact our support team with your order number.
4. Our team will confirm the cancellation within 24 hours.
